Go west!
Tue 01 Oct, 2019 12:05 pm
Hmmm GSL eh?
Tue 01 Oct, 2019 12:22 pm
Further west. It is a good 8-10 hours from Cuvier.
Tue 01 Oct, 2019 12:29 pm
Couldn't be Pyramid?? Surely you wouldn't do that from cuvier would you??
Tue 01 Oct, 2019 12:37 pm
Almost there. I meant 8-10 hours one way.
Tue 01 Oct, 2019 12:47 pm
My god is that Rocky hill??
Why would you do that as a daywalk from cuvier when there's a perfectly good way up from the highway that only takes 4-5hrs?
Oh to be young again.....
Tue 01 Oct, 2019 12:49 pm
Thats it!
Not saying that I recommend going that way, but it could be done.
Tue 01 Oct, 2019 12:55 pm
Haha yeh I guess it could... that pyramid-GSL link is quite significant though.
Looks familiar now, the cuvier reference threw me for a while. Certainly is a fantastic campsite. Ok BRB with the next pic.

I have a shot from Schnells with that profile - Double Peak on the left - Tribulation ridge on the right.
But the foreground in this photo is forested and the profile is sufficiently different to indicate its probably taken from somewhere else.
