Wild guess - is this coming down the Cheyne Range towards Lake Hermione?
Wed 08 Jan, 2020 11:04 am
Nope, not the Cheyne Range but not too far away as the crow flies. The body of water up top is a named lake that passes by a well used track. The tarn below is unnamed and is accessed via a lesser used pad.

You are heading in the right direction but still a bit off. I'll give another clue for a small fee..

This one should be quick and easy.

Not totally sure what makes this one easy Pazzar....
Im thinking you might be on the Eldon range?
Sun 12 Jan, 2020 9:40 am
So I'm not the only who thinks that looks like the Eldon Crag basecamp?
Sun 12 Jan, 2020 6:10 pm
Thought the view of Eldon Crag would be enough. You are both correct.

Well, luvverboy doesn't seem to be around right now, so I shall take this and repost the shot that had to be bypassed when I went bush...

Hummocky Hills?
Mon 13 Jan, 2020 6:43 am
You said that last time. I wouldn't have reposted it if you'd been right.
Where is/are Hummocky Hills?
Mon 13 Jan, 2020 7:50 am
I thought I had, but didn't see anything when I looked back.. sigh.
Its out from Poatina, a bit south east from Cressy.
I thought the backdrop might be Billop Bluff / Mt Blackwood

Wrong side of the centre line.
Things you got right:
Numbers of words and syllables in the name.
Final letter of name.
There is a *something* Bluff on that ridge.
Mon 13 Jan, 2020 9:36 am
So its Clumner Bluff from Borradaile Plains on the way back from February?
Mon 13 Jan, 2020 10:11 am
Yep, that's it. Interesting spot to wander around, and one can't help wondering what it was like before the drains were put in there. Maybe I shouldn't have lumped all the clues in one post.

Yea that actually looks more on the money!

It's actually marginally closer to Mersey Crag - almost bang in the middle of the two. You'll probably need LISTmap for this one.
