Is this part of the Lakes of Killarney on the Ring of Kerry?

We weren’t far from Killarney, but not in the Killarney National Park.
I am after the name of the Lough.

Yes eggs, Athabasca Falls off the Icefields Parkway in the Rockies. Pumping an amazing amount of water when we were there.

Tue 02 Jun, 2020 6:33 pm
No - this is thermal
Tue 02 Jun, 2020 6:50 pm
Is it somewhere on Mount Tarawera?
Tue 02 Jun, 2020 7:35 pm
Much smaller, but you are in the right area. This one is about colours - and there is a coloured lake nearby.
Tue 02 Jun, 2020 8:40 pm
Near Mt Tongariro and Blue Lake?
Tue 02 Jun, 2020 8:43 pm
Maunga Kakaramea (Rainbow Mountain) with Rotowhero (Green Lake) nearby
Tue 02 Jun, 2020 9:02 pm
It could be the Pukekaikiore feature just west of Mt Tongariro. Anyway, I am pretty sure it is that place that was in one of the LOTR movies, hehehe!

Apparently some spots in the crater get so quiet that it exceeds the technical capabilities of the microphones used to measure sound.
I'm very fit but got out of breath plus a headache wandering the trails up here.
