It is definitely Banff. I was walking past on the way to a nearby fenland reserve and called in to have a look at the station.

We spent 5 days in Whistler and enjoyed it. It's very commercial around the village but that gave my wife something to do as she doesn't bushwalk.
Some good short alpine hikes up on Whistler-Blackcomb and some others worth exploring outside the village precinct.

This one remind me of one of the bridges along the Hooker Valley walk.

Correct Graham
Hooker Valley walk next to Mueller Lake Mt Cook NZ you can see some remnants of terminal moraine
in that area estimated around 15th century.
Spent many nights in the Hooker Hut but it has been removed now as deemed too dangerous and near to the edge of the Glacier.
The Copland pass track was a steep climb out, too large a rucksack, and a slip there, means its all downhill.

I was waiting for at least a guess, its secluded and a tough challenge, i doubt even many Americans have been there, as you need a boat.
But its not an island.

Coinjock marina? On google maps the pattern in the grass near the marina takeout does kinda looks like a dog sitting although i don't see it in water and you don't need a boat to get there. Tricky

Mt Dhaulagiri and Mt Nilgiri, Annapurna Range Muktinath, looked like that in 2011

I think the peak on the right is actually Tukucke but yes to Dhaulagiri and Muktinath.

First to guess the right location gets to post the next picture of a location somewhere in an A natural landscape (eg in a National Park) somewhere out of Australia.. Please to post a picture with a good quality skyline or with heaps of visual clues to allow players to work out where the picture was taken. A fast game is a fun game.

Up until recently these were the rules by which we were playing the Where is It (International) game. I used to think it was a bit of fun and quite enjoyable.
