GAME: Where am I?

I went up Hobhouse via a slightly circuitous route close to but not to south Hobhouse. Unfortunately it was a winters day and time was against me so I couldn't go all the way but it did look interesting. Would love to go back.

What is the ridge like from there to the summit?

it was very rocky where I hit the ridgeline but I quickly ended up on coral fern flats which I followed till I ascended the summit. Looking at the map again I was not as close to south hobhouse as i thought.

It's worth the effort, although it's not quite so open towards the end.

I really have to go back when the weather is better, although it always seems to go off for me at Haven.
