I see a track!! Mt Rugby?

Yes we are on the lower flanks of Mt Rugby looking to the small bluff on the Southern end of the ridge.

I presume that is the route you took up? From a boat?

Name the thing that has attracted them to this place?

There’s a lot of white water there so maybe one of Pennicott’s boats getting in close to ca cave or something.

The people have not come by boat.
Open it up to get the most detailed view.
They are wearing helmets.

To start with I only saw the person/s down the bottom, wearing red. Now I see two more up the top. From that and you saying they're wearing helmets I guess they're climbers, possibly looking down at someone who is climbing up or abseiling down. There are lots of cliffs like this and my first thought was Tasman Island but since it seems there are climbers it might be on Cape Hauy, or one of many other possible locations.

Yes, pack raft to Platypus Point, we found out later this route is not used and Parks endorse a different route from a small cove on the West side Mt Rugby Peninsula from which the track you see comes from. We left by that route after spending a couple of days in pouring rain in the saddle in the picture.

Next clue - Yes 2 are on top with 2 below - and they had not climbed a cliff!!
Not in South Coast area.
This is a telephoto shot from another hiking location [Cape Hauy has been mentioned ]
There is a main walking track on the tops above them.

Yes. The rock tower known as the Moai.
Not sure of the access route - whether abseil or scramble, but they would use the Tasman Coastal trail to approach

Very cool! There is some great climbing on the peninsula. There's a few abseils involved to get to this one I believe.
