That's a tricky angle.
My shot from the shore looking north did not match, but that will be Hartz on the left meaning you are at the other end looking south.
So off-track or in a boat?

I'm looking north. Both ends of the lake are similar in profile. Yes I'm in a raft.
Edit, I reviewed my photo's, you are correct I was looking south.

Long shot guess... are you between the northern end of Olympus and Byron Gap?
Sat 25 Nov, 2023 9:01 pm
A fair way north from there.

Mt Roland. I've got the exact same photo.

No-one else has jumped in, so I might as well break the game for a while. Where was this?

the grassy knoll near Macs Mountain?

That didn't last long, did it? Yep, Green Bluff/ Urquharts Mesa/Grassy Knoll, take your pick.

With Mrs Perrins Bluff and (sigh) PW lined up like that it didn't make it particularly hard. Next

Above Lake Cumberland, but where were you headed / coming from...?
Mon 27 Nov, 2023 2:36 pm
Correct eggs. We were having a look around the old mine workings and stamper site. Some of the old mine workings are behind me. My second visit. Unfortunately the off road FWD, quads and m bikes have discovered it and it was very churned up.

I found a gold stamper in a gully a very short distance inland from the coast down from there.
Where is this young fellow [can you see him?]
Tue 28 Nov, 2023 7:01 am
Donaghys.

Yes

I had this one ready to go, but there's a good chance I'll be going walkies for a few days, so if no-one has it by close of business today and/or I don't respond this evening, someone else can jump in with another shot.

You been looking over my shoulder this morning, eggs? Sorry Last, you were first, but wrong. Speed isn't everything. Back to eggs.

I have a similar shot from the climbers cave over Lake Huntley.

It doesn’t seem high enough for the lookout so perhaps above Tessellated Pavement?

Correct Graham. Yes I was relatively close to the pavement from memory.

Thanks John. That’s a very familiar area for me.
Last week I had three perfect days for walking. Where did I take this photo?

Looks like Massif in the back, so that would put you in the upper Pinestone Valley.
Perhaps this tarn:

Might be on Mt Ophel?
