This is a bit of a non-descript place so that will be close enough.
Its on the rocks at Cosy Corner near Binalong Bay

A place I used to go to at least twice a year, 10 years ago before the bogans took over.
Hopefully if they introduce a parks fee to get into the bay of fires it'll stop them from visiting.

Ok next one....

Are you looking at Mt Beattie?
It is easier to go down a hill than up, but the view is much better at the top.

I said earlier south of Schnells..whoops...its further north
Gotta get my bearings, second time I've done that in the game recently.
This area has appeared recently by ILUVSWTAS...hint making up for my mis-guidance I hope
This range was also my nemesis for 3/4 attempts :?

Not sure if the apology is acceptable - I had thought further north [Not even sure Mark has been on the Port Davey track!!?]

But had to keep telling myself - south of Schnells

Mark has been on the Port Davey track a couple of times, but no further than the Western Arturs.
Go ahead & guess Brian, I know you want to... :D

Bap...not Jim Brown, tho this range can be seen from Jim Brown
(below - view from Jim Brown with range in question in the photo - somewhere - still trying to undo my wrongs, so sorry  )

Its been a while.

If you have absolutely no idea where this photo is from [ie like me  ], the trick with Gerry's Photos is to take some time to scan his website.
He has gone to great lengths to document in photos and brief descriptions much of Tasmania's beauty spots. And this covers a lot of the smaller tourist type walks as well as some of the big adventure walks.
Well worth a visit - check out http://www.touringtasmania.info

This one turns out to be in the Fingal Valley.
See if you can name it based on that clue?

Thanks Eggs. The site is a bit of an out of control hobby. My objective has been to highlight all of the accessible places to visit in Tassie. I don't have any camping gear so I am unable to do any overnight trips without borrowing some. If you have one ready have a go. These are of course the second or middle falls at Mathinna Falls. The track to the upper falls is somewhat hidden. A new track has been cut on the right side of the river to where the track to the upper falls starts.

Unfortunately I am not in Tas often enough to check out your documented sites, but I have certainly appreciated what you have done.

Next one is an old slide - hence poorer resolution.
Hint is that the game was at this spot not too long ago - hello Elf Lady?

Well - I did give it to you and you did say Ernies Hill, but in fact that was not quite right.

So lets up the ante and ask for the name of the Lake and the more obvious distant mountain?
[PS - I can't believe I forgot to change the name of the file  ]

File name is fixed now

Not Heemskirk {ie not from Heemskirk & not looking at Heemskirk - Heemskirk was visible in the first photo I posted}.
Its just that Taurë-rana was regretting she missed this - as she has been in this area on a motor bike.
