Are we on Mt Anne?
Thu 23 Jan, 2025 1:17 pm
Not Mt Anne. It's in a different part of the state.
Edit: Sorry it's not sharp. If you click on it and zoom in, there's a very big clue.

Is that Barn Bluff back left?

Yep. And there's a more identifiable one in the mid-ground.

Mt Pelion West?

PW is out of the picture on the left, along with some other fan favourites.

Hey there, Norts. Very much on the right track, but Dean Bluff has eluded me twice now! Other priorities got in the way.

Which gets me back to my first thought of Pelion East before I suggested West.

Sorry, Wander! PE is one of the fan favourites that is also out of the picture, to the left. Norts was a tad closer as the crow flies, and much closer as the tortoise plods.

Piggybacking off others detective work, I'd say that the two hills of Pelion East are what's in front of Barn Bluff, with Oakleigh also partially hidden but just showing a tiny bit of its pillars.
Lining everything up, I'd say you are on Cathedral Mountain.

Yep, Hillsy. Your lining up is correct. Sorry, Wander. You were so close again.

Right area, but a little further north.

That'd have to be Provis, Hills?
Thu 23 Jan, 2025 7:55 pm
Ha, I see what you did there.
Yep. Back to you Tort.

Hi Lostsoul. I've reported the problem we have again - Reubs' reply appears in the active topics list, but not in the actual thread. In case this is readable, go ahead and try posting the next pic.
