Cute, but... for argument's sake, let's say that the builder (you) charges themselves out at $50/h (which is probably slightly on the cheaper side of things). So that's an extra $75,000.

Add to that 1500 man hours equates to 125 days of 6 hours of work per day, for two people. That's a lot of time off work, or a very long time to build a house.

EDIT: still, it's pretty damn cool.
