Cheap is an understatement - many are simply given away!

Go to Rosebery/Great Lake/Launceston and you will understand why no one wants to live there...

Both areas have their charms but to live in either would be a 'lifestyle' choice. The country around Rosebery is some of the most beautiful in Tasmania.

Rosebery is well located for many great walking areas. I reckon it's way undervalued. It does get a little bit of rain though.

Same reason land anywhere in Tasmania is cheap. It's a crap place to live with terrible weather and nothing to do. That's why nobody wants to live in Tasmania.
