suggestions for first overnighter (Illawarra)

HI everyone , new to the forum.
I have finally convinced the missus to join me on a overnight walk and was thinking of doing Griffins Farm from Jacks corner in Kangaroo Valley, but she is a bit worried about the climb back out as this will be her first walk with a "Pack".

So I'm looking for suggestions in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven areas. say between 10-15k return, easy to medium grade , obviously with somewhere to camp and if its not to much to ask close to water or a view (or both )

Before i read your post i was going to suggest the Griffens Farm track. I think sh'll love it.

I have taken the kids (then 5 & 7) with packs to Griffins Farm and they do fine with lots of lollies... you could try the same strategy! Thats probably the best one I can think of- but will be interested to see other suggestions.
