I have a Cuben Fibre Rain Kilt for sale
Waist 116cm, Hem, 126cm, length 60cm.
Waist has Elastic draw string.
Great item, use it to keep the wind and rain out from those sensitive places. plus it can double as a small ground sheet or fill in the end of a tarp.
Purchased on this forum but sadly I am a bit big for it.

Yes it is Sold pending funds.
As for the Brand I was told it was a Zpacks, but since it had no lable on it I felt it was best to list it with out a brand.
