Sphinx Rock/Mount Burrell Nightcap National Park

Heading out to do the walk in the next couple of days and was just wondering if anyone has been out there lately and what the track was like. Everything I've read says that it is completely overgrown

Haven't been there for over 6 months but at last attempt it was very overgrown. We'd like to include it in the new edition of Take A Walk in Northern NSW id it was OK, so would be keen to hear if you managed to get through. If you did, we'd go back and rewalk it.

We did manage to get through but it was a real effort I think you were probably the last people out there before us as there was huge sections of untrampled weeds covering the track. Did it as an overnighter making it out to the rock and back to the flying fox to camp. Good luck!
