Does anyone know how to make a set of hot lips for a Ti pot? And before anyone says Sugru, I'm looking for another alternative to this product?
Cheers.

It worked okay but I ended up deciding that carrying a seperate plastic cup was a better way to go in that case. As long as the flame doesn't get to the silicone it holds up well.
Another approach would be to buy some silicone sheet material. You can find silicone baking sheets for sale that are about the right thickness. Then cut pieces to the right size and glue them together with aquarium silicone adhesive/sealant.
Or just carry a seperate lightweight cup.

More than likely because they are expensive to get shipped to Australia, unless your topping up an existing order.
I too tried the sugru a while ago and it worked fine. Now I just take a wax paper coffee cup. 14grams and I can keep boiling more water for other things if required in my pot.
A cup (Okay I took 2 but used them both at meals) lasted me 10 days on Larapinta trail so they last better than you would think.
