.... and then it's too hard to get away....
It seems a bit like a game of snakes and ladders - but the downward slide is always easier!

Well said Steve. I've fallen a fair way out of shape over the past few months and walks have gone from daily to a couple of weeks apart. You've inspired me to get out for a walk tomorrow, and the next day, and the day after that..
