I know you said "in Aus", but Campsaver stock the bulk dehy and have free shipping to Aus for orders over $400: http://www.campsaver.com/camp-hike/food?brand=88&food_serving_size=3424

I ended up looking threw campsaver, and didn't end up with them for the food side, but have got numerous things from them now, I have spoken to them in person and staff was more then helpful even though it was like 4 am over here and in i should be asleep mode. all deliverys were super quick and wrapped up like babies, awesome score cheers

If you are looking at several weeks/months worth of dehy'd food, it might be cheaper to buy a dehydrator and do your own?
