Most of those maps are ones that get a pretty solid workout, so unlikely to have anyone parting with them (let along in good quality). Why not just buy them? They're only $10 new. The map shop at the land titles office in Sydney has every map in the state (it's where I go when planning a trip to more obscure parts where local shops are unlikely to stock the maps). http://www.lpi.nsw.gov.au/about_lpi/LPI ... y_map_shop

If you cannot get into Sydney you can also buy paper and pdf versions on line at http://www.lpi.nsw.gov.au/mapping_and_imagery/maps and click the online shop link. For Victorian maps I found the Melbourne Map Centre worked well and it also has many NSW maps http://www.melbmap.com.au/.

There's also http://www.mymapshop.com.au/ with a bricks and mortar store at Parramatta. They were very helpful when I spoke to them and mailed the map I wanted quickly and cheaply. Got to like that.
