The plane wreck could be defined as rubbish and ought be removed, too?
Lucky the cord was cut. Packing the kayak on Moreton Island once, I walked into thin cord, tautly tied between shrubbery. Stripped the skin along the length of my nose :^(
I carried a ruined ~3kg double lilo from the Colo River a fortnight ago - but that may have been an accidental loss due to mis-adventure, rather than 'rubbish'. I wrapped a pair of men's dried and crusty undies inside (I think, or did we leave them there?!).
Hope you had an otherwise pleasant time in the NP. Somebody else's trip report to the Krungle Bungle area here; http://www.bushwalking.org.au/newcastle ... 012-02.pdf
