Had a good experience with a company this week. Was looking at buying a $365 item so I rang the company and asked a million questions. The lady on the end of the courier day very polite and very clear and cheerful. She spent almost 30min on the phone with me with no hint that she wanted me to hang up. During the call she asked me to measure my self twice to make sure I had the right measurements.
I decided to buy the product and was told (free) postage would be about 5 days or I could pay about $20 for express. Decided to just do the free postage. The very next day a courier knocked on my door with the product. She lady had sent the item express anyway.
Perth to ballarat overnight!!
Will be buying somemore from them soon. Wont mention the company because im not sure if we are able to plug a company.
