Looking at heading to Mt Remarkable in a couple of weeks and was wondering if anyone knew how much rain they've had? Are the tanks full enough with fresh water or do I need to pack extra and/or filter what's there? Cheers.

The tanks along the track are quite small but there has been a bit of rain there so I would suggest they would be good. You could ring the Park office and they will know. I don't think you need to carry water this time of year. I'd filter the water from the tanks as well - just as the taste can be a little off!
Its a great time to walk in the park there and the Flinders - hope you enjoy.
