FOUND - Trail Running Backpack

Postby weetbix456 » Tue 27 Oct, 2015 1:48 pm

Heya,

Yesterday I found a trail running styled day pack in the bushes at the Arm River Track car park. Send me a PM on here or a text on 0400437586 if it may be yours with additional identifying info, and I'll try my best to get it back to you somehow. Just a heads up though, I'll be on the road and out of reception often in the next month. Hope we can work something out.

Cheers, Nick.

Not sure I would take a pack stashed in a trail carpark.

Have you thought that someone borrowed a pack and arranged to stash it for the owner to pick up later? Or perhaps it was excess to requirements for a day walk and stashed until return?

Not to mention if it was stashed, it's unlikely to be lost as the owner would know exactly where they left it.

It looked like it was left by mistake..with empty bars and packets in the pockets. Seems like someone had drove off with it on their bonnet as it wasnt 'stashed'. Plus a couple of groups had been doing ossa as a day trip in the log books previous days..
