The Beige one has hardly been used, the blue has been used quite a bit but is hardly noticeable. They have an adjustable vented panel at the rear just above shoulder blade level, collar can extend up to cover your neck, vented under the armpit area, and a few other bits and pieces. If I had known how durable these shirts were I would have only purchased one!
