Tried Groundhogs, Titanium Shepard hooks... IMHO Easton Nails are by far the best stakes.

Maybe I shouldn't sell them!
They're good & I love the 8g but I've had better traction with groundhogs with my tarp tent (and trying to reduce what's in hiking crate unused when I'm broke)
