I'd say that was them. The group left Echo Point at about 0615.
I had to pull out early (around Mt Worendo) due to rapid onset bronchitis leaving me gasping for air

. I think smoke from the fire around Mt Barney contributed a fair bit.
There were two groups camped at Echo Point but one were still packing up and waving bits of toast around when I passed them on return at about 7, and I think the others were heading along Albert River.
Anyways, I'm now at home in COVID-test quarantine, rereading Secrets of the Scenic Rim and feeling thoroughly sorry for myself. Hope you had a great walk; the rest of the Stinson group had a really good time.
