It seems to be a standard feature of the place. Has anyone ever had good weather there?

Gee, what a surprise, Pelion West ...
But the closer ridge looks like Deception Point which means you are on either Turrana or Fisher and, given the relative position of the boulder field, Probably Fisher.

Yes north-north-west it is Fisher Bluff looking past Deception Point to Pelion West.
