Lake curly is one of the state's true gems.

It is indeed, and ideally done when young and fit. Still possible for oldies with kind friends, though.

My goodness, I'm slow! I was looking at that view from there 10 days ago, but my brain got stuck elsewhere. That's Victoria Peak and Sophia Peak poking out of the cloud - which I was hoping to climb this weekend (except Murchison Dam Rd is closed to the public for 18 months).
