Thanks Ian, it took a bit of research. I've done a handful of peaks in that general area but only seen Barney and Lindesay from a distance or while driving past.

I've been out walking, so an easy one since I took a while to reply. NSW - name the dominant feature in the foreground. Bonus points if you can tell me where I am, or name any other features visible.

Correct, Mt Tomah in the background. You're on the Coast Track in Royal NP, probably near Jibbon Point.

Nepean River and the entrance to Glenbrook Gorge from Nepean Narrows Lookout via Mulgoa - Blue Mountains NP NSW

Cannot remember the name of the walk but it is at Mulgoa and you are looking down on the "Narrows" which is where Glenbrook Creek enters the Nepean River.

Must be the Michael and John tag team comp today . Yes, the walk starts at Mulgoa, goes over Rileys Mountain/Mulgoa Trig and ends around Nepean Narrows Lookout. I can't remember if I'm exactly at the lookout or at the end of the walking track just north of it. We walked as far north as the tracks we found would take us. Yes, looking at the entrance to Glenbrook Gorge/Creek. Back to you again.

I'll jump in and take a turn. This is in Western Australia. I have to admit that I'm not 100% sure of the name of this mountain but will be very happy with the range, the road I'm on and extremely happy with a positive identification of this peak.

It is in the Stirling Range but it is not Bluff Knoll. I have my back to Bluff Knoll and am looking roughly west.

I suspect this is Mt Trio from the Chester Pass Road.
The NP brochure writes this up as: "This walk includes three peaks linked by a plateau."

Beat me by that much . I think you are right eggs, I just arrived at a similar conclusion.

Yes, Eggs has it. It is Mt Trio from Chester Pass Rd. Even my bushwalking inlaws from Albany took some time to identify it but seemed reasonably confident. Your turn.

It is Fleurieu - but this place has a name and its not Hallet Cove.
Its not a park - just a place name. Caravan Park nearby.
I will also give the gong if you can name the distant location instead.

Another guess, Rapid Bay. I have not been able to find out what the hills are called.

Probably a bit tough for out of towners.
The beach in the distance is Rapid Bay - so gong to Tony.
The hills/cliffs are not particularly named - just part of the general Adelaide Hills sweep to the south of Adelaide and down to Cape Jervis.
This particular spot is called Second Valley.
