I used my macro lens to see if I could get anything from that tag. So far If I can remember i see 3553. I'm not with the jacket right now, will confirm shortly. There's something else on it as well, can't remember what it said. Will get back shortly with the rest.

Its likely XCR but i couldnt be bothered investigating further, either that or Membrain fabric I think the only other they were making back then was precip (its not that). Good to know i guess... unless you start finding chinese characters..
